Garbage Gang Original Blue Folder. Folder is in good used condition. Some slight wear on the decal on the front. All pockets still hold the cards firmly and do show signs of wear. The Vinyl is in excellent condition with no rips or tears.

I have owned this from new amd is the last blue folder I have up for sale.
