Memorial Scroll & Photo New Zealand El Alemein Unusual Presentation
The scroll and the photo are both mounted to hang on a wall. They are quite heavy and although apparently home made, look great.
The scroll is named to Private J. Clark, New Zealand Military Forces. Details from CWGC as follows. John Desmond Clark, Private, Number 16888, 23rd Battalion, NZEF.
Age 28, Killed 14th July 1942 and buried in El Alemein War Cemetery, XXVIII G8. Scrolls are collectable, and with a photo, more so. These are nicely done and are getting harder to come by.
