Rare Vintage New Zealand Maori Hei Tiki Jade Carm Pendent

This is a vintage charm pendent from New Zealand Maori Hei Tiki Jade charm pendent. My mom acquired this during her travel to New Zealand. Hei-tiki are from the Maori people of New Zealand and are considered a Taonga (treasure). The Hei-tiki is believed to be a good luck charm, representing ancestors, strength, communication, love and fertility. It is thought to bring clarity of thought and inner knowledge to the wearer.

This comes from a smoke free home and was lovingly stored along with her other treasures.
