Presenting an exceptionally fine vintage Maori Tiki wall hanging masterfully hand carved from one solid piece of beautifully grained Native Matai timber in Rotorua New Zealand. This powerful piece features a Tiki figure standing atop a Tiki head.

This piece is beautifully detailed with finely carved spiralling motifs and traditional Maori designs. Both Tikis feature large protruding tongues and have been finished with inlaid Paua shell disc eyes. The intricate design has been exceptionally well carved with superb depth and magnificent attention to detail.
