Recipient: Private T T Montgomery. Included with this Victory Medal is a Player's Cigarette Card of the New Zealand Ensign that were made popular during the War Years. The total population of New Zealand in 1914 was just over one million. In all, more than 120,000 New Zealanders enlisted, and around 100,000 served overseas.
